CLASSES
PRE-JUDO - KIDS
Age range: 4–6 years old
Belt level: No prior experience required (White belt beginners)
A fun and engaging introduction to Judo focused on movement, balance, coordination, and listening skills. Kids learn basic rolls, safe falling techniques, and simple Judo games that build confidence and discipline.
JUDO - FUNDAMENTALS - KIDS
Age Range: 6–12 years old
Belt Level: White belt to Yellow belt
Students develop a solid foundation in Judo, learning core throws, pins, and breakfalls. Classes emphasize discipline, teamwork, and respect while preparing kids for progression to higher-level training.
JUDO - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED - KIDS
Age Range: 8 –14 years old
Belt Level: Orange belt to Brown belt
Designed for kids with a basic foundation, this class introduces more complex techniques, combinations, and transitions. Students refine their skills through drills and controlled sparring, with an emphasis on building confidence and technical precision.
A bridge program for young judoka ready for advanced skills but not yet at the competition team level. Focuses on advanced throws, counters, and ground transitions, with increased emphasis on live training and tactical thinking.
JUDO - ALL LEVELS - KIDS & ADULTS
Age Range: 6+ years old
Belt Level: All Levels A welcoming Judo class for students of all ages and experience levels. Classes focus on throws, takedowns, groundwork, falling techniques, fitness, and self-defense while building confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect. Training includes technical instruction, drills, and supervised sparring in a safe and supportive Familial environment.
JUDO - COMPETITION TEAM
Age Range: 8+ years old (Kids & Adults)
Belt Level: Orange belt and above, invitation only
A high-level program focused exclusively on preparing athletes for local, national, and international competition. Training emphasizes conditioning, tactical strategies, and intense randori sessions under coach supervision.
JUDO - COMPETITON TEAM - CONDITIONING
Age Range: 8+ years old (Kids & Adults)
Belt Level: Orange belt and above, invitation only
A strength and conditioning session specifically designed for competitive judoka. Focus on explosive power, grip endurance, agility, and injury prevention to support peak performance on the mat.
JUDO - COMPETITION TEAM - PRIVATE SESSION
Age Range: 8+ years old (Kids)
Belt Level: Orange belt and above, invitation only
By invitation only, this private training is reserved for our Competition Team members. Each athlete receives a 1:4 sensei-to-judoka private session, ensuring personalized coaching and technical refinement. Sessions are high-performance, competition-forward, and designed to prepare serious competitors for success at the national and international level.

An introduction to Judo for adult beginners. Students learn proper falling techniques, basic throws, pins, and movement drills in a supportive and safe environment. Perfect for those starting Judo for fitness, self-defense, or progression toward advanced levels.
NO-GI - FUNDAMENTALS - ADULTS
Age Range: 14+ years old
Belt Level: All levels welcome (White belt and above)
No-Gi fundamentals is focusing on grips, body control, and effective throws without the uniform. A great crossover for students interested in Judo, wrestling, or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

A mixed-level class that reinforces fundamentals while introducing advanced concepts for experienced judoka. Training balances technical drills, randori, and situational strategy to challenge each student at their level.

Our Judo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Mat offers extra mat time for students of all ages and experience levels. Athletes can drill techniques, spar, roll, and train freely with teammates and visiting practitioners in both Judo and BJJ. Whether preparing for competition or simply looking to improve, this session provides a fun, supportive, and high-level training environment for everyone.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU - ALL LEVELS - TEEN & ADULTS

A dynamic BJJ program focused on both gi training. Students learn submissions, sweeps, escapes, and positional control. Class format combines technical instruction, drilling, and live rolling, adaptable to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU - FUNDAMENTALS - YOUTH

Our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals program introduces students to the core principles of BJJ in a fun and supportive environment. Classes focus on gi training fundamentals including positions, escapes, sweeps, takedowns, submissions, and movement skills. Students build confidence, discipline, coordination, and self-defense skills while improving fitness. Each class combines technical instruction, partner drills, games, and supervised live training appropriate for the student’s age and experience level.

A sport-specific conditioning class designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, and overall athletic performance for Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes. Training includes functional exercises, cardio circuits, agility work, and bodyweight movements tailored to grappling sports in a fun and motivating environment.
